Our client in Emeryville is seeking an interim Accounting Manager with inventory experience for a 6 month engagement. Strong general ledger experience, a background in post-system implementation clean-up and optimization, and the ability to independently tackle tasks is desired. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite per week in Emeryville. Pay is expected to range from $65-$75/hr. depending on skill set and geographic location. General Responsibilities: Manage inventory accounting processes and procedures.Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Conduct clean-up and optimization activities post-system implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory-related workflows.Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management review.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
